Not a bank account
The wallet is a stored-value facility, not a bank account, e-wallet, savings product or investment instrument. Balances don't accrue interest and aren't insured by any deposit scheme.
Funds last 36 months
Each deposit batch carries its own 36-month validity window from the date it was logged. We'll email and SMS you well before anything expires.
FICA-aware & secure
Your Customer ID is a 6-character code delivered only via email and never displayed on screen. We'll never call, SMS or email asking you to share it.
